Digital Marketing & Sales Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Create a Digital Marketing Plan for Bigtech to expand into the US and for our B2C retailer "The Amazing Home Store" in Canada
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Implement new tactics to optimize SEOs
Design, build, and post weekly on online social media platforms (Website, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter)
Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Generate weekly reports to give insight into progress and achievements.
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Use Salesforce to maintain customer relationships
Find net new clients for Bigtech through outreach and various sales tactics.
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Strong writing skills for Action Oriented Messaging
Strong social media research skills
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a Business related field
Previous experience with digital marketing, and Retail Bricks and Mortar is a plus
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
Experience with CRMs (Salesforce)
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Solid knowledge of website design and marketing analytics tools (e.g., WIX, Google Analytics, etc.)
